With every step I take
on this unpaved road to perdition
A path full of rocks with sharp edges
That cut strips of flesh
with each incautious step taken
The sun is blinding,
the heat is scorching
On this hideous pilgrimage
my companions are the flies that try
to lay their eggs in my wounds
There is no turning back
on this path through barren land
Through the mouth of Hell
and through the gates of Death
Only beyond these planes of desolation
bliss can be found
There is no other way than to endure
on this road, that in the end,
will lead to liberation
To remove the shackles, it can't be done
without the shed of blood
Liberation will not come
without the act of sacrifice
