Shipping and return policies for Funeral Winds

Shipping Info
Once your order has been processed and handed over to the Post Office, we will send you a tracking code. It is your responsibility to use this tracking code to track/trace your parcel and to keep an eye on the shipping status. In case delivery to your address has failed, in most countries the parcel will go to your local Post Office or Pick-up point and stays there for several days before they return it to the sender. In case the parcel will be shipped back to us, we can re-send your shipment after you paid for the shipping costs.

In case the parcel gets lost we will do our utmost best to get a compensation from the Postal Service. In case we get a monetary compensation, this compensation money will be returned to you.
Return Policy
Funeral Winds is not responsible for any loss or damage that ocurred during shipping. All items are inspected before we ship them and packed in the best possible way. Items ship with registered post, a tracking code will be provided as soon as your parcel has been handed over to the post office.
